Office Admin (One Position)

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in life sciences or business administration or finance
  • Experience in administration or management of the office or laboratory or a company
  • Maintenance of inventory, vendor contacts, general purchase, etc.
  • Interest in life sciences, especially diagnostics will be advantageous.
  • Preference will be given to the independent and self-organized candidates with problem solving approach.
  • Fair knowledge in IT and handling of computers, printers, etc.
  • Transparency, honesty, and team spirit is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English


  • Managing posts/mails
  • General office purchase
  • Purchase of chemicals, and general laboratory consumables as requested by our research team
  • Attending phone calls
  • Talking and coordinating with local suppliers
  • Maintaining the inventory
  • Supporting and helping the team management
